- Hoover will not charge any additional fees for mobile wallet refunds.

- If Hoover cancels a pre-payment order due to unavoidable circumstances, the customer’s money will be refunded to their Hoover account.
- If a customer cancels a pre-payment order, the paid amount will be refunded, but the customer will be considered ineligible for any further offers or cashback associated with that particular order.
- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. For example, if the customer paid through bKash, the refund will be made through bKash. Refunds will not be issued through any other means.
- If, due to communication issues, the customer does not receive a refund within 10-15 business days, Hoover will issue a voucher to the customer’s account, which can be used for future purchases on Hoover.
